How it works, in detail.

Discovery
We start by aligning on what your business needs from the new site - your customers, your goals, what's working or not working today. Once we're on the same page, I'll send over a written brief.

Design
Once the brief is approved, I'll put together design concepts for the key pages. You get to review and request changes - most projects go through one or two rounds of revisions before we land on something you're happy with.

Build
With designs locked in, I build the site. You'll get a secure staging link to review progress and check on your phone. Content goes in, integrations get set up, everything gets tested.

Launch
Final review, DNS configuration, and the site goes live. I'll walk you through anything you need to know about managing it going forward.
